Questions and answers
Who is Journvex for?
For traders who want to keep a proper journal and understand their own trading. The app is built around futures like NQ and MNQ, but you add your own instruments and point values, so it works for other markets too.
Does the app give trading advice or connect to my broker?
No. Journvex is a tool for journaling and analysing your own recorded trades. It gives no recommendations, places no orders and has no access to your brokerage account.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can sign up for free with no card. The free plan includes the dashboard, trade logging and the daily journal, with up to 5 trades and 5 journal entries per month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited use and every feature.
Can I import trades from my broker?
Not yet. You log trades manually, and P&L and R-multiple are calculated for you. CSV import is planned.
What happens to my data?
It is yours. Each user only sees their own data, and screenshots are kept in private storage. You can download everything as CSV and JSON at any time, and delete your account and all data yourself under Settings.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Pro costs $3.49 a month, paid by card through Stripe. We never see your card number. You can cancel whenever you like, and the subscription runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. You can log trades, write your journal and upload screenshots from your phone. The desktop is still best for the analytics.
